New Executive Director

On behalf of the Stark Tuscarawas Workforce Development Board Chair Darwin Smith and STWDB Council of Governments Chair Janet Weir Creighton, please welcome JoAnn Breedlove as the workforce board’s new Executive Director starting in March 2022.

JoAnn began her employment with the Workforce Initiative Association in August 2008 as an Employer Account Representative and has served as Business Services Manager; BRN Project Manager; and currently as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to coming to public workforce, JoAnn worked for the Stark County Board of MRDD/The Workshops, Inc. as a Contract Procurement Specialist from 2003-2008, and in sales and management with the Kimberly Clark Corporation from 1986-1999. JoAnn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing and Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University, and a Master of Science degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
