What is your mission and who do you serve?
Our mission is to provide a positive perspective on aging. Vantage Aging Workforce Solutions focuses on helping older adults return to the workforce through our paid job training program.

What is one thing someone might not know about your organization or is unique about your organization?
Our mature job seekers provide hundreds of hours of community service to non-profit organizations throughout Ohio.

How do you work in partnership with the OhioMeansJobs Centers?
We collaborate through time, space, cross training and referrals. One of the requirements of our program is for job seekers to be registered with OhioMeansJobs. Many of our participants are co-enrolled in our Senior Community Service Employment Program as well as OhioMeansJobs and leave the program for unsubsidized employment.

We currently have a mature worker with VANTAGE Aging employed at the OhioMeansJobs Stark County Center.
