Our library has locations in New Philadelphia, Bolivar, Tusky, Sugarcreek, and Strasburg. We also have a Mobile Services division that does outreach and home deliveries. We serve every one of all ages.
Our mission: The Tuscarawas County Public Library System provides all library users with access to resources to help them live, learn, and grow.

To borrow materials, you must have a library card. Library cards can be obtained at any of our locations with identification.
