What is your mission and who do you serve?
We have two sides to our agency. One side is for Child/Adult Protection from Abuse/Neglect/Exploitation. The other side is for low-income families in need of public assistance programs.
Our mission: TCJFS ASSESSES STRENGTHS AND NEEDS AND COORDINATES SERVICES TO HELP PEOPLE ACHIEVE SAFETY, SECURITY AND SELF-SUFFICIENCY.

What is one thing someone might not know about your organization or is unique about your organization?
We have many programs for individuals to help them maintain or secure employment.

How do you work in partnership with the OhioMeansJobs Centers?
Our public assistance programs require most recipients to register to work. We make many referrals to the local OhioMeansJobs office.

Summer Youth Employment Program. Each year we work with OMJ to help youth obtain valuable employment skills.
