A key feature of the week includes Mini Resource Fairs, offering hands-on support and direct access to local workforce resources. These events provide opportunities to meet employers, explore training programs, and take part in interactive services such as the Resume Blitz—where attendees can receive quick resume assistance or updates—and the Job Matching Challenge, where participants can connect their experience with real job leads.
