Pre-screening of Resumes and Applications
Employers may choose to have resumes pre-screened to their job requirements. Potential candidates may also complete applications at our site and qualifying resumes will be sent to you.
Recruiting Professionals Both Locally and Nationwide
Connections with other OhioMeansJobs Centers throughout the state allow us to recruit qualified professionals no matter how specialized the position. A resume pool of local job seekers also allows us to recruit from entry level to highly skilled professional positions.

On-Site Interview Rooms
On-site interview rooms as well as several large conference rooms are available. A computer lab can also be used for a small fee.
If you are expanding your current business or opening a new facility, we can provide you with candidates no matter how many you require. Our OhioMeansJobs Centers offer an ideal location for recruiting a large number of candidates.
Rapid Response Services
If you are downsizing we can assist by meeting with your workers to explain their options and help them get re-employed. Our staff can conduct this service at your facility or at Our OhioMeansJobs Centers.
Information on Federal Programs
Information on the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) and Welfare-To-Work Tax Credit (WTW), and tax incentives for hiring workers with disabilities is available.

Labor market information based on your requirements can be provided.
Federal Contractor Requirements
Federal contractors and subcontractors are required to immediately list all employment openings with the nearest State Job Services Office or Workforce Development Offices. OhioMeansJobs Centers meet this requirement.
Priority referral to federal contractors and subcontractors is given to qualified special disabled veterans, Vietnam veterans and any veteran who served on active duty during a war or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized. Priority referral does not obligate an employer to hire a veteran.
A listing of local companies who perform drug screens for new hires or random testing in accordance with drug free workplace standards can be provided.
